The original site we created several years ago for the New Islington development in east Manchester always had a very special place in our hearts. So when we were asked to give it a revamp we really wanted to create something that would surprise and delight you.

London Design Festival
mN's Creative Director Brendan Dawes will be speaking at the upcoming iDesign08 conference which is part of the London Design Festival in September. The following day he'll then be delivering the keynote on the second day at Microsoft's RE:MIX 08 in Brighton.

Cinema Redux acquired by MoMA
Following the success of Brendan Dawes' Cinema Redux as part of the Design and the Elastic Mind exhibition at New York's MoMA, we're chuffed to bits with the news that MoMA have now acquired two pieces of Brendan's work for the MoMA collection, sitting alongside some of the greatest modern and contemporary art in the world.

Judge and Jury
Brendan Dawes, mN's Creative Director, will be on the judging panel of two prestigious awards later this year. In February he'll be in New York to help judge the interactive category for the Art Directors Club and then in April he'll be in London for the judging of the infamous D&AD.

From Oprah to Playboy!
We always knew MIXA was cool but now it seems the whole world thinks so too. So far MIXA has been featured on hundreds of blogs from Wired to wedding portals and loads of magazines including Stuff, Playstation, GQ's holiday gift guide (next to Prada), Oprah's magazine and our personal fave - Estonian Playboy! We've shipped MIXA love far and wide, from Anchorage to Auckland. Right now we're busy working on the next made by mN products for release next year. Stay tuned!

How does your garden grow?
With cockles and mussels and, er, pixels. We recently created an installation at Kew Gardens for the BBC that showed people's video stories via a series of dynamically generated, organic plants. We're currently cultivating a web version too.
